The Tulum Beach house has one spacious downstairs bedroom of 200 square feet with a patio entrance to the beach and two master suites upstairs each 300 square feet!  The master suites have a sitting area and wonderful views of the ocean. All the bedrooms are furnished with a comfortable king size bed.  All bed linens are provided.  Bath towels, wash cloths, hand towels, and beach towels are provided for each registered guest. 

The kitchen is well equipped with a variety of appliances including a 4-burner gas stove with an oven, a European propane gas refrigerator with a freezer and a selection of cooking utensils, pots, and pans to prepare your meals.  We also have an electric juicer, a coffee maker, and a blender for mixing the margaritas in the evening.  As a house warming gift, we will stock the refrigerator with a case of cold pop or beer for your drinking pleasure upon arrival. You will specify which you want upon making your reservation. If barbequing is your thing, we have a propane gas grill that can be rolled out the back door to grill hamburgers, hotdogs, steaks or fresh fish you purchase at the local fisherman’s market in town.  Service for 10 including plates, glasses and silverware is provided.  The house is designed to be an open and friendly living area. In the living room there is a color television with a dish antenna connected to a US satellite service for your evening entertainment. Bring your own DVD’s, and play them on our DVD player

There is an ice chest available for icing down extra beverages and for day trips away from the house.

There are several inviting hammocks and hammock chairs for you to hang inside or outside. Lounge around and read your favorite book you brought along or pick one from our library or use them to take a traditional Mexican Siesta (nap).

There is an outdoor shower and foot bath for you to use upon your return from a walk on the beach.

We loan you a Mexican prepaid cell phone with our numbers preprogrammed to make reaching the us easier.

We have electricity provided by a bank of solar panels and a wind turbine generator. The power is stored in a bank of batteries and then converted using an inverter so the house has US Standard 120v power just like you have back home.  You will have electricity 24 hours a day without the noise of a generator. There are several beach chaise lounge chairs, Adirondack chairs and two palyapa (permanent shade umbrellas) out in front of the house for your beach enjoyment and there are also have 5 boogie boards and one surf board for you to use in the surf during your stay. A private sun bathing area is available on the roof.  The roof is also a great place view the sunsets over the jungle or the stars in the night sky.
