Reservation Policies:

A $400.00 security deposit is required at time of booking.  Deposit is not part of total rent and will be refunded upon final inspection of property as long as there is no damage to the beach house or theft from beach house.  50% of rental amount + tax is due 120 days prior to arrival and balance + tax is due 30 days prior to arrival.

6 guests maximum, additional $250 per week for each extra guest.
Up to 4 young children, under age 12, can sleep on two floor air mattresses
at no additional charge.

All rental rates are subject to a 10% IVA Tax and a 2% Hospitality Tax
